Mr. Hammond is an accomplished, results-oriented, entrepreneur with experience in early-stage private and nonprofit companies. With over 25 years of senior management experience as founder and CEO in multiple internet technology companies, his responsibilities included creating business models, raising funds and overseeing business operation. Key to prior success was leveraging strategic relationships with large national brands like AT&T, eBay and Arthur J. Gallagher to increase value while reducing distribution costs; a model for non-profits to increase outcomes from donor contributions.

In 2011, Mr. Hammond became Blanchard Certified in Situational Leadership II and in 2013 obtained the Fund Raising Management certification from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.   With a passion to teach today’s youth servant leadership worldwide, he is establishing national distribution channels for the Institute curriculum to reach individuals (students) and Leaders serving the greater education, nonprofit and faith-based industries.

Through donor development fundraising he makes Institute products and services available to those who need funding. His vision is to equip all possible students, teachers, administrators, managers, and leaders with self-awareness, resiliency, and leadership skills programs.

Kevin is married with three children and is involved in volunteering for the YMCA – Leadership as tribal Chief & Chief Fundraiser for Bear Nation 2012, and Christ Presbyterian Church Interfaith shelter programs. He also enjoys coaching youth sports in baseball, football and lacrosse.
